OFF-SEASON TRAINING
Wilton Hoops provides players with team practices, skills clinics and league/non league games during the season to help them develop. However, player development and improvement continues in the off-season. This page summarizes resources that are available to players in the Spring/Summer/Fall - many of which are led by some of our very own coaches.
Players often improve through work that no one else sees!
1Up Institute
1UP focuses on athletic techniques and skills to develop the complete basketball player. We promote thoughtfulness and mindfulness to improve physical and mental well-being.
1UP is offering a variety of training options for the Spring 2026.

CT Blazers
The CT Blazers program is devoted to teaching the game of basketball the right way! They offer Spring and Fall AAU teams from third grade through high school for boys and girls.
In the Spring 2026, CT Blazers is also offering coed clinics/3v3 for 2nd - 4th graders on Wednesday nights. For more information, please email gradeabasketball@gmail.com.
Dribble Drive
Dribble Drive is a year-round player development and team-based program serving boys and girls (Grades 2–11) throughout Fairfield and New Haven County.
Their training model focuses on Skill Development, Game IQ & Decision-Making, Confidence Building, Competitive Play Opportunities
Programs include Weekly Player Development, AAU Travel Teams, Camps & Clinics, 3v3 Development, Shooting Training (Shoot-A-Way Technology)

Wilton Basketball Association Clinics
The WBA will host clinics one Sunday a month on the Comstock outdoor courts through June and a more comprehensive clinic/3v3 schedule over the summer. More information coming soon!
